It’s a shame the last Viper will probably sit in garage, & not get driven.

Sidenote - disappointed the last tour was Saturday and it was invite only to Viper owners. Thats not bad in and of itself, but not one public tour? C’mon.

For a second there I thought the last one was yellow. That would’ve been upsetting.

The last no-nanny manual transmission car ever built? I’ll wait a bit then grab one on the slight depreciation dip. Twenty years later sell it for money when the college kids of today have some money.... I hope they learned to drive stick.

This is so very sad. FCA you stink. To all the people who bought a 911 or Corvette instead of a Viper you stink.

I hate this photo, like I hate any photo of people smiling in front of a casket at a funeral...why are you smiling?!

Eh, it’ll be back again. Just like the last time it got “cancelled”. I’m looking at this as just a temporary hiatus for a few years. Then we’ll get a new version of it that will inevitably be a hyrid of some sort. Maybe even borrowing some tech from Ferrari (assuming that FCA still owns Ferrari at that point)?

I kind of wonder why everything FCA owns is for sale, except apparently the Viper business, which they’d rather shut down than try to monetize. I mean, it had its own dedicated manufacturing plant, its own engine, it would have been pretty easy to split off from the rest of the company and sell.

There’s always members of the more money than brains club willing to invest in “build a sports car in a shed” operations.
